Wenzhou Jinzhou Group Property Management Service Co., Ltd. (“Jinzhou Industrial Park” for short), established in September 2008, is a holding subsidiary of Wenzhou Jinzhou Group.
Jinzhou Industrial Park is currently equipped with 8 auxiliary policemen and 15 security guards who patrol duty 24 hours a day. Meanwhile, over 100 monitoring points has been placed in the park roads, public places, etc. Additionally, an infrared perimeter is arranged outside the park, providing a new safeguard for the park security. In order to improve production and living environment, reduce dust, noise and other hazards, a small park is established in the dormitory area, and two city trees - big banians valued RMB 200,000 has been transplanted; a 15-meter green belt along Gaotong Highway; In the road sides and open spaces, we have planted various evergreen trees and grass sods, shrubs and seasonal flowers to achieve clean air and beautiful environment. The total virescence project has invested RMB 1.5 million.
The Property Management Company has particularly arranged 4 full-time cleaners to clean up the main road, entrance, living area and public areas.
To enrich the leisure life of the park staffs, it opened a staff club containing a variety of fitness equipment, libraries, cinemas, billiards room, table tennis room, chess room, etc.
